Our Calabogie Peaks Resort Executive Chef is pleased to present food choices and flavors fit for a celebration. Menu and wine selections should be made at least four weeks before your wedding and the number of guests confirmed (no less that a 10 per cent decrease from estimate) a week before. If the number of guests is more than contracted, the higher number will be billed.
Food choices must be the same for all guests with the exception of vegetarian and dietary restricted diets. An option of a second main course may be made at a $5.00 per person surcharge.
A charge of $150.00 will be added to all Barbeque meals for exclusive on-site chef preparation and presentation.
The food and wine estimate is based on industry standards and historical information. For budgeting purposes assume that one bottle of wine serves five glasses and one bottle of sparkling wine in champagne flutes, six glasses. Calabogie Peaks Resort provides all food and beverages within the resort property with the exception of your wedding cake.The resort strictly complies with all Ontario Liquor License Laws.
Bar service is available until 12:30AM and function space occupied until 1:00AM.
Event space is allocated according to a guaranteed number of persons attending. Calabogie Peaks Resort reserves the right to reassign event spaces to accommodate other groups or parties who are using the resort at the same time.
Set-up time is allocated for all events. Should you require more than two hours, additional charges may apply.
Guests are welcome to decorate their venue, however, the use of a fog machine, confetti, sparkles, rose petals and similar goods is not permitted.
Calabogie Peaks Resort is pleased to provide a list of preferred suppliers.
SOCAN – This is a royalty fee for events where music is played – approximately $85.00
Chair covers are available - $4.00 a piece
Security – For any function above 60 persons, we require on site supervision. $150.
Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of $1,500 and signed contract ensures the date for your wedding.
All prices are subject to a maximum of a 10 % increase per year and quotes are valid for a three month period only..
