yellow grapefruit and spice, followed by a full, concentrated mid-palate of stone fruit (peach, plum); the finish is taut and racy, with spice and peach pit nuances.

ripe strawberry aromas with notes of white
pepper, an abundance of juicy strawberry
fruit. A balance of redcurrant/rhubarb
quality while a cleansing seam of acidity
accentuates notes of mixed berries and
pepper on the finish.
